If you decide to evict a tenant we understand you want them out quickly and with minimum hassle. Get the process wrong and you could become liable for damages or even prison for unlawful eviction this could be something as simple as a spelling mistake. That's why we have developed our simple 4 step process. The tenant may leave at any stage throughout and so have priced the steps separately, you only pay for the service you need. All prices are excluding VAT. Throughout the process we upkeep communication with all parties involved ensuring you are fully in the knowledge.
